A . Yes. We are fully licenced by our local Authority B.M.B.C.
Q . When Is your services available ?
A . We operate a (PRE-BOOKED) service 24 hours - 7 days a week, but all booking must be made within our office hours, (Monday to Sunday 09.00 - 18.00)
Q. Does your prices change day or night ?
A. NO. Our prices are fixed for pre booked transfers day or night, But if there are any additional drop offs or pickups there will be additional charges added to your fare.
Q . We have childen travelling with us, do you provide child / infant car seats ?
A . NO. Due to the law changing back in march 2017, what we say is that all children are of a different size & age group, so we recommend you bring along your own seat as that is tailored for your child, we will store it in our office for you till you return.
Q . Can I smoke, drink alcohol in any of your vehicles ?
A . NO. We operate a strict no smoking & no drinking alcohol policy in all our vehicles.
Q . What happens if my flight is delayed ?
A . We have the latest software for tracking all flights in & out of all airports around the world, we will be tracking your flight so our driver will be there to meet you when required.
Q . How do I find my driver at the airport ?
A . Our drivers will normally be waiting inside the arrivals hall with your name on a board, they are usually by the airport information desk, failure to find your driver then call our office and we will track them for you.
